Robert is CEO and founder of Transplant Consultants, LLC which began in 2020. Robert has over two decades of experience working with organ procurement organizations and the transplant industry. He began his career at Sierra Donor Services and transitioned to Donor Network West where he worked in a leadership position for over 7 years. His education includes an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a BA in Sociology Law & Society from UC Davis.

Robert’s career is marked by his dedication in supporting grieving families in hospitals and helping to reduce the national transplant waiting list. He has extensive experience in training OPO frontline staff, navigating complex hospital and organizational challenges, and creating data analytics needed to identify organizational improvement. He is known for his problem-solving skills and perseverance. Robert has worked with numerous hospitals and doctors across California and Nevada, overcoming interpersonal and multicultural communication challenges.

As a past member of the national AOPO Family Services steering committee, Robert has experience leading national trainings designed to improve donation outcomes. He has worked closely with leaders and organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Robert enjoys enhancing authorization rates through innovative tools, data analysis, and training programs.

Robert is an award-winning co-author of an AI data analysis tool designed to streamline the organ/tissue transplant process and improve authorization.

Robert is passionate about providing the highest quality training and service to the organizations he works with and aims to leverage his extensive experience in leadership to drive organizational growth and improvement.
